Awareness at events

Our workshops on awareness at events can take into account various event forms, such as:

  • Educational events

  • Seminars and conferences

  • Nightlife, parties and festivals

  • and much more.

Below you will find some examples that are more for orientation. We always tailor the specific content individually with you.

Fundamentals of Awareness

We give you an initial insight into what awareness actually is and what attitudes are necessary. This includes, content-wise, a personal introduction to the topic, the emergence, terms, and objectives of awareness. We explore concepts such as violence, boundary violations, and discrimination and look at discrimination in the event context. Specifically, we work on prevention, intervention, and practice. An initial support conversation is also part of the workshop.

Workshop on training awareness teams

We give you an initial insight into what awareness actually is and what attitudes are necessary. This includes, content-wise, a personal introduction to the topic, the emergence, terms, and objectives of awareness. We explore concepts such as violence, boundary violations, and discrimination both generally and in the context of events. Our core principles of awareness are centered around affected persons, definitional power, and confidentiality. Together we develop what your awareness team needs to work effectively.

Workshop for developing an awareness concept

We collaboratively work on the fundamentals of awareness, examine the needs and risks at your events, and then jointly develop the first building blocks of your awareness concept.

Workshop for training various trades

We give you an initial insight into what awareness actually is and what attitudes are necessary. This includes, content-wise, a personal introduction to the topic, the emergence, terms, and objectives of awareness. We explore concepts such as violence, boundary violations, and discrimination both generally and in the context of events. For a functioning awareness structure, all trades should be involved. Together we work on context-specific needs for your interests.

Deepening workshops on various topics

After one or more foundational workshops, we can focus on deepening the topics. Here we focus on certain topics as per agreement and your needs. The focus is directed at awareness in structures, reflecting on the structure of your group, capacities, and questions about empowering environments. This is collaboratively worked on based on our core principles of awareness: centered around affected persons, definitional power, and confidentiality.
