Since 2018, we have conducted over 300 workshops, seminars, consultations, and process support. Below you will find some reports from groups and actors with whom we have worked.

Alice Salomon University Berlin

"We have conducted training over several dates for the dean's office, staff, and students with the Awareness Initiative. The collaboration has significantly advanced our development of internal structures. We definitely recommend the workshop offerings of the Awareness Initiative."

FC St. Pauli Hamburg

Through the workshop, we were able to make great progress with our awareness work in the FC St. Pauli Marathon department. A heartfelt thank you to our workshop leadership! We went into our next assignment strengthened and structured.

Media Lab Bavaria

"Awareness begins with the willingness to admit one's own mistakes and rethink structures. We experienced precisely this shift in perspective through the Awareness Initiative e.V. Instead of ready-made answers, there was an intensive invitation to critically examine our events and our daily interactions. A huge thank you for this enriching exchange; we learned a lot!"

Green Youth Mecklenburg-Vorpommern

"The collaboration with the Awareness Initiative e.V. gave us a new and sharpened understanding of awareness work and greatly enriched our events. Our specific needs were superbly addressed. We recommend it to anyone who wants to strengthen awareness in their structures and events. Thank you!"

University of Saarland

"Since August 2025, the Awareness Initiative has been assisting the Gender Equality Office of UdS in setting up a university-wide coordination office for awareness. In addition to strategic advice, workshops are conducted to attract interested parties for participation in awareness teams, to network among each other, and to prepare them for involvement. The workshops are open to all interested parties, regardless of individual prior knowledge and experience, and the speakers manage to engage all participants content-wise. Through role-playing and joint handling of specific situations, participants can practice typical challenges of awareness work and gain confidence in dealing with difficult situations. We find our collaboration with the Awareness Initiative to be very professional and positive, and we look forward to the continued joint process!"

State Working Group Catholic Open Child and Youth Work NRW e.V.

"The mix of professional input, practical relevance, and space for questions gave us guidance for our work and handling of the topic of awareness. The workshop was a good foundation for further engagement with the topic. We were able to reflect on and further develop our stance."
